Mommy

Everyday I pick up the kids at school and I hold each of their little hands.  I love to hold their hands.. even though they are getting big.. I will always want to hold their hands.

One day I heard a little girl call out "mommy".  Instinctively I turned.  It hit me then that MY name is "mommy" and that's why I turned... but so is the women in front of me and the one behind me.

As women we are blessed with the very same name once we give birth to these little miracles.  Not only do we carry them and get to know them in our tummy's for nine months but we instinctively respond to our name "mommy" once they are old enough to say it.  What a lovely name.
